Having purchased my last vehicle at another dealer with a "haggle-free" experience, this was a step backward. I was disappointed by what I can only describe as "slimy" or deceitful tendencies that Ross displayed throughout the process. I would have walked had I not gone direct to his manager to finish the deal on the vehicle I wanted.
There is no reason I should be able to get a better price or terms on a car because I negotiate harder than the person next to me. I encourage Luther to step into the 2020s and treat all customers equally by not compensating sales staff based on the profit they can "milk" out of individual customers.
We were very pleased and impressed with the way we were treated by the team at Brookdale Luther Mazda!
We ran into an issue with some rust coming through from the inside of the liftgate on our 2018 Mazda CX-5. I reached out to the Luther Mazda team, they responded immediately and let us know what the next steps were going be. In less than two weeks the team had our car back to us with the issue resolved.
We don't write many reviews, but in this case Jake, Josh and team need to be recognized for their great work! You can't ask for anything more from a dealership! There were/are amazing!

Great experience overall, no issues. Had a front glass replacement by Luther Glass, was set up and handled by Luther Mitsubishi. Very satisfied!
Came in to get accessories installed in my Mitsubishi today. They have an all in one service stop. Service options from mechanical and maintenance to auto body and accessories.
Service department was really on top of their game today, got everything wrapped up really quickly. Their customer lobby is pretty decent. Coffee maker makes a few different kinds of coffee. Plus they have water other snacks and a big screen TV, with of course the free Wi-Fi to tie you over while you're waiting.
Walked around a little bit and looked at some of the newer models to see how they compare while I was here. Not ready for an upgrade, but it's nice to stay informed.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEW
If Luther didn't get build a new facility, this would be a one star. Part of this is rooted in the people, understaffing, and a poor culture.
The service advisors in a Luther Brookdale Mits lack any form of urgency and it is the most frustrating part of taking your car here. It is almost a nuisance to the the team to bring your car here. Advisors watch you drive your car in, but act surprised when you walk up to their desk with your repair. Though the lack of engagement and interest is palpable.
I don't expect to have a white glove treatment, this a Mits dealer, but show some energy.
Maybe they are overworked? Understaffed?
The worst part about it is your car will sit in front of the dealership long after it is completed. My car sat 30 minutes in front of the dealer because they have no urgency to complete the paperwork. I even walked in to ask...and still proceeded to wait.
Luther fix this! White Bear Mits crushes in service. I am not saying this to throw shade and say people go there, there is no reason to be this bad
Service center is whatever. 1.5 hours for an oil change is a long time. They don’t answer the service dept phone sometimes so you’re SOL sometimes. Couldn’t even get serviced because I had to wait wasting so much of my appt time I just got my keys and left. Horrible experience from scheduling up until I left before even getting serviced. Wasted my time. Service guy was nice but I will just go somewhere else. Had an anniversary coupon that I won’t even use now
Their service for oil change is extremely poor. I hope they will improve it soon. I have no experience of buying anything from them so I do not know about that.
